Why We Built This Practice Around Aesthetics

Most dental practices treat cosmetics as an afterthought. We don't. Every procedure we perform — from a basic filling to a full smile makeover — is considered through an aesthetic lens first. How it looks matters as much as how it functions. That's not a marketing position. It's how we've practiced since day one.

Who Treats You

Dr. Francois Burger leads every case. He holds postgraduate training in cosmetic, implant, and computerized dentistry, and is a member of the South African Academy for Aesthetic Dentistry and the South African Academy for Computerized Dentistry. He's been doing this long enough that patients drive across Cape Town — sometimes across the country — rather than switch to someone closer.

The Technology We Use

We invested in CEREC because waiting a week for a crown made no sense. We use ZOOM because in-chair whitening done properly gets results a strip never will. We adopted Guided Biofilm Therapy because EMS Swiss technology is simply better at cleaning teeth than what came before it. Every piece of equipment here was chosen because it produces a better outcome — not because it looks impressive in a waiting room.

What to Expect

We're a private practice. We don't bill medical aid directly, but every invoice includes ICD-10 codes so you can submit your own claim. Fees reflect the quality and time each case requires. If cost is a concern, tell us — there are often options worth discussing.

If you're nervous about dental visits, we have sedation options that work. A lot of our most loyal patients started as our most anxious ones.

We're in Tableview, about 17 kilometres from the Cape Town CBD. Patients come from Blouberg, Milnerton, Melkbosstrand, and further. Book a consultation and we'll take it from there.
