When a tooth is removed a lot of changes take place. Drifting of the side teeth and over eruption of the opposite teeth are the biggest events leading to gum problems. When a tooth is lost for whatever reason, always try to replace it or face possible irreversable damage and cost.
We are living in the 21st century. Gone are the days of missing teeth, loose / ill-fitting dentures and "looking old before your time!" Today it’s more of a decision than fate. Living with gaps in your mouth or ill-fitting dentures is not something you must just live with anymore.
